Statutory warranty and manufacturer guarantee
The two-year statutory warranty applies. Many manufacturers add their own guarantee; you will find the terms in your machine's manual.
How to report a fault

- Add your order number and a short description, ideally with a photo or video

Care that prevents repairs
- Descale regularly depending on water hardness, or use a water filter
- On bean-to-cup machines, rinse a removable brew unit weekly and run the cleaning programmes
- Rinse the milk system after every use
- On portafilter machines, wipe the steam wand straight away and clean the shower screen regularly
