1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed with LOVACO BV through this online shop.
2. Contract
Products shown in the shop are not a binding offer. By clicking “Order with obligation to pay” you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email or ship the goods.
3. Prices and shipping
All prices are final prices in euro, including the VAT of the destination country. Orders from €59 ship free; below that we charge €4.90.
4. Payment
Online payments (e.g. card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, iDEAL, Bancontact) are processed by our payment provider Mollie B.V. Alternatively you can pay in advance by bank transfer; you receive our bank details after ordering. With bank transfer we ship once the payment has arrived. If payment is not received within 7 days, we may withdraw from the contract.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the EU countries offered at checkout within 2–4 working days after payment.
6. Retention of title
Goods remain our property until paid in full.
7. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. In addition, machines and grinders carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty, which does not limit your statutory rights.
8. Voluntary returns
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, you can return unused goods within 30 days of receipt.
