Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, inform us (LOVACO BV, Oude Weg 192, 9870 Zulte, Belgium, email: info@crema-co.de) of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or using the “Withdraw from contract” button on our website (footer and order pages). We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.
Effects of withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, using the same means of payment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery, such as opened coffee bags.
