Are the products original and new?
Yes. We only sell new products bought through the manufacturers' authorised distributors, with full manufacturer warranty.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–4 working days after payment. Shipping is free to every country from €59.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Germany, Austria, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Poland, Luxembourg and Ireland.
How can I pay?
Online by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, iDEAL or Bancontact through our payment provider Mollie, or in advance by bank transfer to our company account.
Can I return an item?
Yes. On top of the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, you can return unused items within 30 days.
What if my machine is faulty?
Contact us with your order number and a short description. We check whether the repair is covered by warranty and arrange the shipping.
Which machine suits me?
